All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Custom and personalized items may take an additional 1–2 days depending on the level of personalization.

Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Exact delivery times depend on your location and carrier.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a few hours after the label is created for tracking info to update in the carrier's system.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you spot an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
